Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions 1. Booking and Payment - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. - Payments can be made via PayPal or Revolut. Please contact us at info@linasgphotography.com for details. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling - No cancellations are allowed. Clients must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing their payment. - A rescheduling fee may apply for requests made less than 24 hours before the session. 3. Session Details - Clients are encouraged to discuss their vision and preferences prior to the session. This includes locations, themes, and specific shots. - The photographer will arrive at the agreed time and location. Please ensure the location is accessible and prepared for the shoot. 4. Image Delivery - The final edited images will be delivered within 1 week after the session, via online gallery. - Clients will receive a specific number of edited images as part of their package. Additional images can be purchased. 5. Copyright and Usage - Lina Sg Photography retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal use license for the images, allowing them to print and share them. - For commercial use or publication, clients must obtain written permission from the photographer. 6. Model Release - By signing this agreement, clients grant Lina Sg Photography the right to use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolios, social media, and website display. 7. Liability - While every effort will be made to ensure a successful session, Lina Sg Photography is not liable for any injuries or damages occurring during the photoshoot. - In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to fulfill the booking due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date will be arranged. 8. Agreement - By booking a session, clients agree to these terms and conditions. Any amendments must be agreed upon in writing.
